Most people who make resolutions to get fit or live a healthier lifestyle don’t follow through on their commitment. They can pay the gym membership, wear the right clothes, follow the right instagramers or listen to ‘Eye Of The Tiger’ on repeat, but without this ONE vital ingredient they will fail. To truly follow through on achieving our goals we need coaches and friends to guide, motivate and support us. Without it, people don’t stay accountable to the journey and they give up. Owner of Plan B Fitness Chris has dedicated the last 15 years of his life to inspire and equip local ladies to take a few hours back for themselves each week to improve their health, fitness, wellness whilst boosting their energy levels and regaining their confidence. This is the driving force behind Plan B Fitness.

Helen Shewry


Helen is a Personal Trainer and Mindfulness Expert.

Helen has a passion for health and fitness, incorporating a connection between your body and mind into her workouts. These techniques can increase focus, reduce stress, aid fat loss, build muscle and much more.

Helen found a love for training after self coaching herself to run the London Marathon, and then turned this love into a career – to the benefit of our clients at Plan B Fitness!

Nelio Rodrigues


Coach Nelio works closely with a diverse range of clients, but says our Plan B Fitness clients are his favourites, due to their commitment, dedication… and fun! Nelio is the Plan B Fitness mobility specialist, working with our clients to keep them moving and eliminating daily aches and pains. Nelio is also a leading Capoeira Instructor, visiting Brazil several times to learn and improve his knowledge of this unique martial art.

Sam Bryant


With over 10 years Personal Training experience and two very energetic boys, Sam understands first-hand the challenges we can all face in combining fitness with a busy lifestyle. Sam is pre and postnatal qualified, a Sports Massage Therapist, and currently studying to become an Osteopath. Sam has previously run marathons and half-marathons and loves helping to prepare clients to train for their own events.

Alfie Ransom


Alfie has always had a passion for sport and fitness, from playing and coaching rugby in the UK and Australia to now delving into the world of endurance sports, including completing his first Ironman in 2022.

Alfie loves coaching people taking their first step into training and recovering from injuries and health conditions, as well as training marathon runners and Ironman athletes looking for the marginal gains to them better.

Whatever the challenge, Alfie thrive off helping overs reach their full potential and celebrating that win once they’ve achieve their goals.

Tierney Mitchell


With her infectious personality, Tierney is passionate about helping clients walk away from every session feeling fitter, healthier and happier than when they walked in.

Tierney lives what she preaches and loves the fact that her job so closely replicates her lifestyle. Helping clients reach their potential and reach their goals is what drives her every single day.

Tierney became the borough javelin champion after being asked to ‘take a throw’ during a PE lesson at school and realising that she has a natural ability for the sport!

Mark Barry


With over 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Mark has worked in a variety of health clubs, gyms, and elite sporting environments.

Mark is a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, sports masseuse and a rugby coach.

David Cahill


David is a highly experienced personal trainer, boxing instructor and calisthenics specialist.

David is also a gymnastic coach, teaching both adults and children gymnastics squads.

Dillon Brent


Dillon’s enthusiasm for helping individuals achieve their wellness goals show from the second you meet, and this is driven by this personal passion for maintain a strong, healthy body learned from spending time traveling with a circus!

Dillon boasts a diverse background, graduating from The Brit School and working as a children’s drama teacher outside his role at Plan Fitness.
