MEET THE PLAN B FITNESS TEAM
Chris has dedicated the last 10 years of his life to inspire and equip local ladies to take a few hours back for themselves each week to improve their health, fitness, wellness whilst boosting their energy levels and regaining their confidence. This is the driving force behind Plan B Fitness.
Tom is hugely passionate about all of his clients, and has been honing his skills across the world. Tom trained at St Mary’s University in Twickenham, and has been working for Plan B Fitness since 2017. Tom loves seeing the time and effort our clients have put in over the days, weeks and months being shown on the scales, the tape measure, their pictures and in person!
Nelio works closely with a diverse range of clients, but says our Plan B Fitness clients are his favourites, due to their commitment, dedication… and fun!
Nelio is also a leading Capoeira Instructor, visiting Brazil several times to learn and improve his knowledge of this unique martial art.
Personal Trainer and Mindfulness Expert. After training herself to run the London Marathon in 2010, Helen became interested in health and fitness and qualified as a personal trainer and mindfulness life coach. Helen is passionate about helping clients build a strong foundation to achieve their goals. Alongside running, Helen loves high intensity workouts and using resistance training to help build a healthy, lean and toned physique for herself and her clients.
Freya is an experienced fitness coach and Pilates instructor with a passion for movement. Freya is pre and postnatal qualified, and a Back4Good practitioner specialising in lower back pain. Her aim is to create a positive, non-judgemental environment where you can invest in your mind and body. For the past decade, Freya has been a professional dancer performing across the UK and internationally, including in the West End in shows such as ‘Wicked’.
Magdalena is an Associate Nutritionist (ANurt) registered with the Association for Nutrition (AFN). She graduated from Roehampton University and supports all of our clients to create a long term and healthy nutritional plan that fits into their lifestyle. Magda also studied at Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia, completing a Sports Nutrition module, helping her achieve a First Class Honours degree qualification.
