Whether you’ve been working with a coach already, or you’re still weighing up the cost of coaching versus going it alone – we get it.
Maybe it’s the money.
Maybe it’s a change in your job, routine, or even a house move.
Maybe life’s just feeling a bit full-on right now and something’s got to give.
But before you make that decision, we want to help you think it through, because there’s a big difference between adapting your support system and walking away from what’s actually been working.
Or discovering what could work better than anything you’ve tried before.
Here are two things to consider:
1. Is It Really Cheaper to Join a Gym? (The False Economy)
On paper, choosing a gym membership looks like a smart financial move. It’s cheaper each month and gives you access to machines, mirrors, possibly some classes, and maybe even a fresh white towel!
But that’s all it gives you – access.
Not direction.
You don’t get:
❌ A plan designed for your body and goal
❌ A structured programme that give you discipline and consistency
❌ Workouts that progress over time
❌ A coach who adjusts things based on how you're feeling that week
❌ Accountability when your motivation drops
❌ Support when life gets busy or your routines go off track
And that’s the difference between just exercising and actually training.
Most people leave coaching and/or choose to join a gym, and within 4–6 weeks are either doing the same workout on repeat, getting bored, skipping sessions… or quietly giving up.
You end up spending less — but getting far less in return.
That’s not saving.
That’s a false economy.
2. Has Life Changed? There’s Still a Way to Stay on Track
Maybe your reason for stepping away from coaching isn’t cost at all – it could be:
🕘 A new job with a new schedule
📦 Moving house or area
🧠 Mentally needing some breathing room
🏖️ Travel, holidays, or unpredictable weeks ahead
If any of that sounds like you, then it’s not about quitting – it’s about adapting.
And that’s where Online Coaching comes in.
This could be the future for you, or it could be the key to keeping up your consistency until your routine is more settled.
Our online programming gives you:
✅ Weekly Personal Trainer written personalised workouts delivered through our coaching app
✅ Support and feedback from a real coach on the phone, via whatsapp, or even over a coffee (if practical!)
✅ The flexibility to train when and where it suits you
✅ A simple way to stay consistent while life is busy or in transition
✅ Access to nutrition and education resources to help you cover all bases of your health, mood, energy and confidence.
You can train at home, in a gym, in a hotel room, on holiday – wherever you are.
You stay connected to your goals, your progress, and your plan, without needing to show up in person.
It’s also a great option if you’re moving to a new area and haven’t yet found a local trainer that fits your style.
You Don’t Need to Go Backwards to Move Forward
It’s tempting to think, “I’ve got what I need now – I can do this alone.”
And maybe you can for a while.
But just remember…
The reason you’re getting results isn’t luck.
It’s structure, progression, consistency, and support.
So before you change what’s been working, ask yourself:
- Is it really cost-effective to lose momentum – your energy levels, mood, sleep, confidence and how you feel in your clothes?
- Is this just a temporary season of life – and could online coaching bridge the gap?
- Could you adjust your current plan to fit your new routine better?
Let’s Talk Before You Decide

Access is easy… but progress?
Progress comes from direction, discipline and consistency.
And you don’t have to lose that.
Remember…
“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”
