
Fitness Camps (Group Training)
Our female only Fitness Camp programme helps you regain and maintain your health, fitness and energy levels. When you start working with us, we will take you step by step through our famous Six Week Wellbeing Challenge that will give you the perfect foundation to long term health, fitness and wellness. The Six Week Challenge comes with a progressive training programme, full nutritional guidelines, goal setting, and total accountability. Lose up to 18lbs and/or 5 inches from your waist in your first six weeks.

Small Group Personal Training
Working closely with our coaching team, your programme is devised by our experienced trainers so that it is individually tailored to your needs and requirements. Our team of coaches supervise the exercises and provide encouragement and motivation. All small group personal training programmes come with full nutritional guidelines, goal setting, results tracking and accountability.

Online & On Demand
We deliver LIVE online training sessions, and include a comprehensive library of on demand workouts to complete at times that work for you. The same Plan B Fitness experience as group training, with full nutritional guidelines, goal setting, and total accountability, all from the comfort of your own home.
