To truly follow through on achieving our goals we need coaches and friends to guide, motivate and support us. Without it, people don’t stay accountable to the journey and they give up. OUR classes

Fitness Camps

Our female only Fitness Camp programme helps you regain and maintain your health, fitness and energy levels. When you start working with us, we will take you step by step through our famous Six Week Transformation Challenge that will give you the perfect foundation to long term health, fitness and wellness. The Six Week Challenge comes with a progressive training programme, full nutritional guidelines, goal setting, and total accountability. Lose up to 18lbs or 6% body fat in your first six weeks.

Personal Training

Working closely with our coaching team, your programme is devised by our master trainers so that it is individually tailored to your needs and requirements. Our team of coaches supervise the exercises and provide the encouragement and motivation. All personal training programmes come with full nutritional guidelines, goal setting, results tracking and accountability.

Online Training

LIVE online training sessions, and a comprehensive library of recorded workouts to complete at times that work for you. The same Plan B Fitness experience as Fitness Camps, with full nutritional guidelines, goal setting, and total accountability, all from the comfort of your own home.
