How to burn fat without exercising… [DOWNLOAD FREE GIFT]

I want to reset your thought process when it comes to getting back on track with your health and fitness. This is especially relevant to you if you want to lose weight and burn fat.

As we all get our head back in the game after a few weeks (months?) of easing off due to the heat wave, a summer holiday…

And the killer of ALL your best health efforts… the school holidays!

FACT 1:  Nutrition burns fat – Not exercise.

Forget that exercise burns calories.

Then you can stop relying on it for weight/fat loss.

If you are ONLY relying on exercise to burn calories, you are going to be on this journey for a very long time. 

And you will almost certainly quit before you succeed or get anywhere near your results.

Don’t get me wrong, I am NOT saying don’t exercise, just that…

You can't out train a bad diet.

I bet you have heard that saying before, right?

It is 100% correct.

So… keep it simple.

1. You need to be eating in a calorie deficit.

A simple calculation for this is take your TARGET weight in lbs and multiply it by 11. Eat that many calories per day.

This number does assume that you are working out 2-3 times a week and getting 7-8k steps in a day.

If you are not, they you do need to re-assess the amount of movement you are getting in each day. 

2. You need to be eating loads of protein.

I will send another email soon about this.

3. You need to manage the amount of carbohydrates you consume each day.

A MAXIMUM of 100g of carbohydrates a day is about right for most people that are serious about burning off some body fat.

If you have too much body fat right now, I can GUARANTEE you are eating a lot more than this on a daily basis.

4. You need to be drinking 2-3 litres of water a day.

Your body will not give up a single pound of body fat if it is dehydrated.

If you cannot put a tick next to these four points, you cannot expect to lose any significant weight or burn fat any time soon. 

This is also 100% fact.
